Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training and appraisals, helping to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum level 3, NNEB, CACHE, NVQ, or recognised equivalent Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator qualification.
  • A sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Confidence in leading and supporting a team, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
