Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team at Thrive SW. As a key member of our National Facilities Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert gas and oil engineering services to our clients across Oxford and the East Midlands area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial gas and oil engineering, with experience in planning and carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to commercial/industrial boilers. You will also be responsible for completing inspection and gas safety check certificates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM and reactive repairs to commercial/industrial boilers
  • Complete inspection and gas safety check certificates
  • Work with a varied portfolio of clients covering commercial sites such as student accommodation, offices, and retail clients
  • Plan and carry out maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
Requirements:
  • Commercial gas experience with a strong background in PPM and reactive repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various sites
  • COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, and TPCP1A certifications
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £42,000 - £46,000 plus call out £1200 and overtime OTE £50,000 - £55,000
  • 25 days of holiday and overtime available at 1x 1/2 evenings / Saturday and 2x on Sundays and BH
