Are you a seasoned Mechanical Engineer looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your leadership skills to drive innovation and growth within a dynamic organization?

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Lead to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing a team of mechanical engineers to develop world-class products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a mechanical engineering department.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering software.
  • Proficient in CAD design tools 2D/3D (CREO, SolidWorks), mechanical simulation tools (ANSYS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting KPIs.
