Key Responsibilities

The Senior Architect will take on a leading role on a large multi-unit residential project, currently at stage 3 in London. This is a significant and important project, requiring close collaboration with the Client, Contractor, and Partner.

Initially, the Senior Architect will lead this project, with opportunities to progress to a member of the senior leadership team in the longer term.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and experience working on UK-based projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including Clients, Contractors, and Partners.
