Taxation Solicitor

Our client, a renowned law firm in the industry, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving Tax, Trusts, Wills & Probate department. As a skilled professional with 3+ years of PQE and strong private client expertise, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients in matters related to inheritance tax, family asset succession and protection, and trust administration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate planning
• Managing a caseload and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and advisory skills
• Staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice to ensure accurate and informed advice

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, hybrid working, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
