Motorsports Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Motorsports Instructor to join our team in delivering high-quality education within a prison setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adult learners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Warehousing training up to Level 2, as well as identifying individual learning needs and developing comprehensive lesson plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with the education department to ensure that all learners have access to the resources they need to succeed. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Warehousing training up to Level 2
• Identify individual learning needs and develop comprehensive lesson plans
• Work closely with the education department to ensure learner success
• Engage and motivate learners through effective teaching methods

Requirements:

• Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics
• A Degree, or professional qualification, relevant to the work
• Teaching Qualification
• Knowledge and experience of current teaching and learning strategies
• Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £30,000 per annum (full-time, 37.5 hours per week)
