About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Girling Jones. As a key member of our civil engineering and infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the financial and contractual aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering and infrastructure
  • Strong technical knowledge of highways maintenance and civil engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
