Job Summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled Workshop Powered Access Engineer to join our client's team in Liverpool. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining powered access equipment and vehicle-mounted access in a workshop-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service cherry pickers, scissors lifts, and vehicle-mounted access equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Adhere to workshop health and safety regulations and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date service and maintenance records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with the workshop team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to identify and address any equipment issues or concerns.
  • Occasionally visit sites to inspect and maintain equipment, as required.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience and knowledge in a similar role, preferably in a workshop environment.
  • Strong knowledge of powered access equipment, including cherry pickers, scissors lifts, and vehicle-mounted access.
  • UK driving license essential for occasional site visits.
  • Commutable distance to Liverpool.
  • IPAF ticket required for safe operation of powered access equipment.
