Lead a Team of Care Professionals

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our children's residential care homes. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for creating a family environment that promotes the development of young people in line with our therapeutic parenting ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers in overseeing a group of children's residential care homes
  • Promote the development of a high-quality, stimulating, and educationally rich environment
  • Lead and supervise employees in a care home environment
  • Ensure the safeguarding of children and young people

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner Qualification (England) or Qualified to SCQF Level 7 / HNC (Scotland)
  • Two years experience in children's residential care within the past five years
  • One year's experience leading or supervising employees in a care home environment
  • Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient IT skills and experience in using Microsoft packages
  • A full, valid UK driver's license

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary between £44,000 to £50,000 per annum, pro rata
  • Up to 10% discretionary bonus per annum
