Job Opportunity
Citi's Commodities Markets Quantitative Analysis team is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join the front office Commodities XVA Trading Desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing analytics libraries used for pricing and risk-management, creating and implementing quantitative models for the trading business, and collaborating closely with Traders, Sales, Structurers, and technology professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quantitative models and analytics libraries for pricing and risk-management.
- Collaborate with Traders, Sales, Structurers, and technology professionals to develop and implement quantitative models and analytics libraries.
- Work closely with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance, and supervision.
Requirements
- Comparable experience in a quantitative modeling or analytics role, ideally in the financial sector.
- Technical/programming skills, including C++ and Python.
- Experience with Market Data and statistics and probability based calculations.
- Familiarity with Commodities markets is preferred.
- Masters/PhD, or equivalent degree.
