We are seeking a highly skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our team at Stirling Warrington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own lift service route, attending to lift breakdowns, and delivering exceptional service and PPM work at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own lift service route, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Attend to lift breakdowns, performing planned servicing and maintenance work as required.
  • Deliver top-notch service and PPM work at customer sites, providing technical support and advice when needed.
  • Maximise first-time fix rates through effective troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Travel extensively throughout the coverage area, ensuring efficient delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the lift service or maintenance sector.
  • A full UK driving licence is required, with a willingness to travel frequently.
  • You will be part of a call-out rota, ensuring prompt response times to customer needs.
