About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Site Project Management Specialist to join our team at QCS Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes and templates for consistent planning approach, defining and agreeing applicable project planning requirements and programme, and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders to deliver project planning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain processes and templates for consistent planning approach
  • Define and agree applicable project planning requirements and programme
  • Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to deliver project planning requirements
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate and/or provide competitive edge
  • Create robust and integrated project plans which address market challenges, project risks, health and safety and cost planning

Requirements:

  • Data Centre Experience - 3 years minimum
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good customer relationship and service skills
  • Technical understanding of project activities
  • Experience on stages of delivery services from Tender, contract to Practical Completion
  • Microsoft Project Programmes (and additional MS Office tools)
  • Mechanical and Electrical Understanding
  • Ability to write programmes, or willingness to learn
  • Confidence to manage clients, attend site to meet customers as well as to lead pivotal meetings
