About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Director with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a creative agency or in-house team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality content that is engaging and distinct, working closely with directors to continually develop the company's visual brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing creative strategies to achieve business goals
  • Leading a team of designers to deliver projects to brief, budget, and deadline
  • Collaborating with account managers to challenge briefs and deliver fantastic work
  • Maintaining high levels of creativity while working to tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a creative agency or in-house team
  • Creative flare towards developing high-quality content
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
