About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Manager for the Fertility Centre will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Nursing services within the team. This includes leading and coordinating the Nursing team, managing resources, and ensuring patient and staff wellbeing is protected and improved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Nursing team, including staff supervision, appraisal, and development
  • Oversee the management of resources, including pay and non-pay nursing budgets
  • Monitor staffing and skill mix levels, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Act on patient feedback to improve care and experience
  • Manage and resolve conflict in challenging situations, using advanced communication skills
Requirements
  • Registered practitioner with current registration
  • Certificate in management or recognised qualification
  • Mentorship qualification or recognised qualification
  • Fertility experience with knowledge of all types of treatments offered in the Fertility Centre
  • Able to demonstrate sensitive and empathetic approach to patients in treatment
