Leadership Opportunity

Clearfield Ltd is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to spearhead our Building Control operations in the Midlands. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for guiding a talented team of surveyors and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve regional targets
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a minimum of 2F qualification as a Registered Building Inspector
  • Have proven experience in managing and leading teams
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Package

The salary for this position is £75,000 per annum, accompanied by an attractive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
