Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring exceptional culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Supervise junior chefs and kitchen porters to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
