Elevation HR is partnering with a global manufacturing and distribution company to fill a UK People and Culture Administrator role on a full-time, permanent basis in Rotherham.

This new position reflects the company's organic growth and success, operating as part of the support and delivery for the HR team under the People and Culture Manager.

This fully generalist role handles the transactional side of HR, including:

  • End-to-end recruitment practice, including preparing and placing adverts, job descriptions, and interview scripts;
  • Coaching and supporting line managers in interviews through to offer stage, providing a proactive service to hiring managers;
  • Support in developing HR-related processes and procedures, providing advice and support to all stakeholders;
  • 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays;
  • Free Onsite Car Parking;
  • Life Assurance;
  • Long Service Award / Additional Days Annual Leave.

This role would suit a HR graduate or someone with months of experience in a HR setting, preferably CIPD qualified.
