Store Leadership and Sales Development Manager

About This Role:
">- We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Sephora store in Birmingham, AL.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability, as well as a passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.

Key Responsibilities:
">- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Managing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Mentoring and developing a team of retail professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborating with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
">- 3+ years of retail management experience in a similar sales volume store
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
- Ability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
