Educational Director

We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the Assistant Head position at Lansdowne Primary Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading year groups, developing strategies to improve student outcomes, and contributing to the development of school policies.

• Lead year groups and develop strategies to enhance student outcomes
• Negotiate responsibilities with senior leadership to promote collaborative working
• Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
