Project Manager - Staff Accommodation

Insight Executive Group Limited is partnering with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust to source a Project Manager for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of temporary and permanent staff accommodation for the new hospital development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the construction and commercial delivery of staff accommodation projects, ensuring alignment with NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end construction of 60-bed modular units, from demolition to handover, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Programme Management: Develop and implement comprehensive delivery plans, including timelines, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stages of the project.
  • Financial Management: Manage the project budget of approximately £50m, ensuring best value for money and adherence to financial regulations.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced project manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects, ideally within healthcare or a public sector environment. You will have experience with business case development, governance processes, and a collaborative approach to working with partner organisations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
