About the Role

The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Support Officer to join their Community Mental Health Transformation Programme team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support for project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme Team with timely, efficient, and effective delivery of projects.
  • Provide administration support for project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques for the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme.
  • Track and report progress and performance of a number of projects and tasks to the required programme meetings.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Qualifications at degree level through formal qualification or equivalent experience supported by extensive CPD portfolio.
  • Relevant previous work experience within a comparable role.
  • Recent previous experience of working within a customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience of working within defined project management/secretarial/administrative procedures.
  • Previous experience of working within one or more of the following areas: mental health services, community/primary care, prescribing, long-term conditions, financial planning, developing plans to deliver national and local priorities.
  • Partnership working - building effective relationships with different groups (internal and external) and partner agencies/organizations.

Desirable

  • Working in the NHS or other statutory organization environment.
  • An appreciation and understanding of issues facing the NHS at local and national level.
  • Project management skills.

  • Ability to produce clear and accessible reports.
  • Knowledge of project management approaches such as PRINCE.
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and to provide a resolution with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft office programs.
  • Actively develops themselves and others.
  • Ability to present information logically to support action plans and programme objectives.
