As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing data entry and administrative tasks, including processing payments and responding to queries
- Working closely with our finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial records
- Providing exceptional customer service to our workers, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, and managing company correspondence
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in data entry or administration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per year. Benefits include company pension and free parking.
