We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Slug and Lettuce in Southampton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our customers.

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and support the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene
  • The experience to maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it's in good working order
