About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Your experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments will be invaluable in this position.
