Job Title: System Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled System Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a System Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to drive efficiencies and continuously improve business processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining QMS systems, experience of carrying out audits on a quality system, and strong research and analytical skills. They will also possess effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and organisational skills.

The salary for this part-time role is estimated at £15,000 per annum, based on 18-22 hours worked per week. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain QMS documentation, perform QMS audits, and provide QMS training.
  2. Ensure quality standards are met & ensure compliance to applicable regulations.
  3. Prepare high-quality audit reports to assist with system development and training.
  4. Be an ambassador for quality processes & provide education, training & advice to all staff.
  5. Understand the regulatory requirements of the company & ensure compliance.
  6. Build and maintain effective working relationships.
  7. Ensure all duties are carried out in a way which complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, company compliance and other procedures.

It is an essential requirement of this role that the candidate has their own transport and a full, clean, UK driving licence, as they will be required to visit the other two offices in east Kent from time to time.
