We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiologist to join our dynamic and progressive Audiology team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of our Audiology service, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Conduct hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings for adults, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination within community and acute care settings.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with national care pathways and best practices in audiology, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or equivalent knowledge base acquired through in-depth service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an NHS acute or community setting, with a strong understanding of multi-agency working.
- Practical experience supporting volunteer services and IT skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
