Senior Care Lead

At Anchor, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We're seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are achieved and maintained.
The Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for guiding and directing a small team to ensure the smooth running of a specific floor during each shift. You'll manage and administer medication, review and update resident care plans, mentor less experienced staff, and complete return to work discussions and staff supervisions.
This is a busy role where our residents' needs will be your top priority. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every resident receives the best possible care and support.
Requirements:
You'll have achieved or be working towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You'll be excited about the prospect of working as part of a dynamic team and ensuring that our home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
