About Our Role
">We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and companionship to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

">As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be working closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing">
- Following care plans to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care">
- Providing one-to-one time with residents, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being">
About You:
">To succeed in this role, you will need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
">Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)
