We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Senior Pharmacy Technician Coordinator, which comes with an estimated salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmacy leadership and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be responsible for leading the training and development of new starters in the pharmacy department, with a focus on creating and updating training packages to meet evolving pharmacy needs.

This includes coordinating training sessions for pharmacy, medical, and nursing staff on the use of the EPMA system. Additional responsibilities include maintaining professional knowledge of dispensary systems, providing cover for other Lead Pharmacy Technicians, and promoting the department's professional image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the training and development of new starters in the pharmacy department
