Salary:


We offer a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.



Job Description:


This role involves leading a team of construction managers, providing direction and focus while ensuring alignment with business requirements. You will be responsible for transforming our ways of working by embracing new tools and technologies, simplifying processes, and engaging with our supply chain partners to establish best practice learning and development.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive team performance
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver construction management technical capability
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize processes


Required Skills and Qualifications:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in an engineering, construction, or resource/human resource management discipline
  • Experience operating within the construction management/build environment field
  • Proven track record of people management and leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to produce reports and interrogate data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
