At Red Rock Partnership, we are seeking skilled Upholsterers to join our furniture manufacturing team on a full-time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, sewing, and assembling various furniture pieces with high-quality finishes. The position requires a strong background in upholstery, including the ability to work in a warehouse environment, performing tasks that involve heavy lifting.

The estimated salary for this role is £14.04 per hour, with additional pay for performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Fabricate and assemble furniture components according to specifications and design requirements.
  2. Sew fabric and other materials together using industrial sewing machines.
  3. Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
  4. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer expectations.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in upholstery.
  2. Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  3. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
