  • Deliver work that eliminates scrap or rework.

Requirements

  • Previous wiring experience on complex systems.
  • Ability to define best processes.
  • Ability to advise on tools and equipment required.
  • Ability to understand and read Blueprints, Engineering Drawings, and Wiring schematics.
  • Previous experience and/or ability to coach, mentor, and train other members of the manufacturing team.
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree is required; an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Work Environment

The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
