Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our global business
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
- Expertise in instructional design authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
- Experience with multimedia software, video editing tools, and graphic design software is a plus
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and transform it into engaging learning materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
