The Role: As a Bar Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll welcome and engage every guest, prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink, and make recommendations that elevate their experience. A clean and safe environment is paramount, so you'll maintain a spotless space for our guests and colleagues alike.
Your Journey: With comprehensive training sessions, you'll become accredited and promoted to Slug & Lettuce Bartender, enjoying an additional increase in hourly rate. As an accomplished Bartender, you may even be eligible to become a 'Bar Star', one of our esteemed in-house trainers, taking your skills to the next level and unlocking further accreditation and pay increases.
