Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation and Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. As an integral part of our integrated rural healthcare model, this role offers exceptional prospects for career growth and skill development.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Occupational Therapy, current HCPC registration, and relevant experience in the field. In addition, knowledge of clinical governance, outcome measures, and Microsoft Office software is essential. We welcome applications from individuals with effective communication skills in English and/or Welsh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational therapy services

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Relevant experience in occupational therapy or related field
  • Knowledge of clinical governance and outcome measures
  • Effective communication skills in English and/or Welsh

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,504 per annum
  • Mileage expenses payable
