Senior Configuration Expert Opportunity

Job Title: Senior Configuration Expert

Location: Stafford, VA

Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a full-time Senior Configuration Expert to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement User Stories within the customer's backlog.
  2. Perform development and configuration within the backlog on the Pega platform, utilizing an automated development process consistent with Pega capabilities and development standards.
Required Experience:
  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience implementing Pega in projects of similar size and scope.
  2. Prior experience with risk management and internal controls.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  1. Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline. Relevant military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
  2. Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (PCSSA)
Security Clearance Requirements: Active Secret Clearance
