Job Title:

Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor to join our team, covering Commercial, Local Authority, and Domestic Client sites. In return for your hard work, we can offer excellent salaries as well as benefits including overtime opportunities and long-term training routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos surveys across various sites
  • Writing detailed accompanying reports and producing schematic drawings
  • Representing the company in a professional manner and providing high-level service to Clients
  • Assisting with training of new members of staff when required
  • Travelling as per company requirements
Requirements:
  • Must hold BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH equivalent as a minimum
  • Will have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a well-established outfit
  • Strong report writing ability and comfortable using IT applications and software
Working Arrangements:

Based in Basildon, Essex, you will be required to travel to various sites as part of this role. We can offer an estimated salary of £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
