Join Our Team as a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer to join our Product Development team at Austin Fraser. As a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative solutions for our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical ability, including experience in using Catia (3D, surface modelling, detailed drawings). A degree qualification in Mechanical or a similar field is also required. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 (rising with 6 monthly appraisals over the duration of the Graduate scheme) and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension and excellent benefits.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, from design concept to production. You will participate in internal team meetings and design reviews with cross-functional departments to meet project needs. Our Structured Graduate training programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in your role.
