Job Opportunity: Trainee Trainer - Work at Height & Rescue
Lyon Equipment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Training Department as a Trainee Trainer - Work at Height & Rescue. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive 3-year training program to develop skills and knowledge in work at height and rescue training.
- Collaborate with experienced trainers to deliver classroom and practical training courses.
- Develop and deliver off-site training courses, including PPE inspection training.
- Conduct competency-based skills assessments and provide feedback to trainees.
- Represent Lyon Equipment Limited at industry events and meetings with key stakeholders.
