We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a CX Team Member. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice on our athletic products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making product recommendations
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and trends
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
