The Trust operates 24 theatres across two sites, offering elective services in various specialties, including ophthalmic, upper GI, colorectal, orthopaedics, and emergency surgery. We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality patient-focused care and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
- We operate 24 theatres across two sites, offering a range of specialties.
- You will have the opportunity to rotate through various theatre specialities, undertaking cross-site working and developing your skills in different areas.
- Our successful applicants will participate in teaching and developing staff, maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge, and adhere to Trust policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practice qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
