Assistant Branch Manager Job Description

Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Ossett. This is a permanent role in a well-established company with great opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve optimal market penetration by maximizing sales of parts to trade and retail outlets and other company departments.
  • Exceed agreed sales and revenue targets, in line with Company business strategy.
  • Work effectively within the company team, ensuring industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction.
  • Reconcile daily banking and ensure accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks.
  • Identify and connect with new customers and markets, growing market share, long-term loyalty, and profitability through high-quality marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Motivate the sales team to hit targets and communicate objectives, providing regular constructive feedback on achievements.
  • Communicate fantastic offers and promotions to the customer network.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, induction, and performance management of employees.
Requirements:
  • 3 Years Motor Factor Sales Experience.
  • Computer literate and basic IT skills.
  • Ideal experience with MAM software and OE cataloguing sites.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and guidance skills.
  • Ability to effectively train and guide sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, even under pressure.
  • Passion to deliver top-class customer service while driving sales.
  • Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
  • Driving licence preferable.
