Head of History | Havering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced History Teacher to lead our high-achieving department in Havering. As a Head of History, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a curriculum that meets the needs of our students and grows their passion for History.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of our students
  • Lead and manage a team of History Teachers
  • Contribute to the development of the school's Humanities department
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum

  • QTS gained through PGCE/Teach First/SCITT

  • Confident in preparing and teaching engaging lessons for GCSE pupils
