Job Title: Regional Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our regional stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive repairs and proactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a regional or store-based environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
