Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team at Talent Finder.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective management of a residential home specializing in meeting the needs of individual young people. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent services to our clients
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a residential care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
