About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Manager to support our UK team. As a key member of our EMEA Operations strategy team, you will be responsible for driving the execution and implementation of our digital strategies across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital operations, with experience in leading off-premises channels and managing operational relationships with third-party delivery partners. You will also have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with field teams, store teams, and franchisees.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the off-premises channel for TUKI, with a focus on maximizing guest experience, improving operational metrics, and growing sales.
  • Developing and codifying best practices, processes, and continuous improvement programs to ensure brand standards are executed with consistency.
  • Collaborating with the new product development team to manage Subway POS with all new products, promotions, and digital configuration required.
  • Proactive engagement with Field Teams, Store Teams & Franchisees along with in-restaurant visits to deliver against the annual operating plan initiatives.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical area, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is required, with any additional language a plus.
