About the Role:

Nationwide Platforms is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Engineer to join our team in a key role that will ensure the fleet within the region is maintained, repaired, and serviced to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the engineering depots within the region to ensure seamless operations.
  • Repair machines at depot or on-site as required, adhering to manufacturer specifications and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of machines at client premises and at depot, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Identify and notify managers of any defective or unsafe equipment, ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.
  • Complete planned maintenance activities, including maintaining the appearance of the fleet to corporate standards.
  • Accurately complete all relevant paperwork, including engineer's reports, off-hire/pre-delivery inspection, and service sheets.

About You:

  • Relevant engineering experience within the powered access industry.
  • Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, diagnostics fault finding.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and commercial awareness skills.
  • Computer literacy and flexibility with travel and occasional overnight stays.
