Ward Management Support Professional

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Ward Manager position at Nevill Hall Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the management of the ward on a day-to-day basis.
Your responsibilities will include supporting and acting on behalf of the ward manager, being aware of current advances in nursing, and working collaboratively with other disciplines to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
You will need to be flexible, with the ability to work a full shift system, including nights and weekends. In return, you will receive a competitive salary (£38,690 - £44,503) and excellent benefits package, making this an attractive opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to advance their career.
