About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Review & Extra Care Team in Salford as an Adult Social Worker.
Salary: The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £30.00 per hour.
Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and providing support to adults with complex needs. Your duties will include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in social work, be registered with the HCPC, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
