About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Contract Manager to lead our Hammersmith & Fulham Contract team based in our Goldney Road office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the project, ensuring all business objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints. This will involve supporting the bid and business development process, as well as managing and maximising operational service delivery and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs, and will be able to promote a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility, and responsiveness. They will also be able to maximise client involvement and feedback.

About You

Candidates will have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of profit and loss accounting, budget management, and MSi systems or similar task management services. Power BI experience and advanced Excel skills are also highly desirable.

The successful candidate will also have excellent leadership skills, motivating a range of teams to deliver excellent services to our customers. They will hold a valid SMSTS certificate and have at least 5 years' experience working within the Gas Industry, ideally within the Social Housing sector.

A valid full or automatic UK driving licence is also required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. A flexible approach to working hours is also essential, as the role will require travel to sites around the area.
